N&H - Elegant September Wedding in Casa de la Era, Marbella

Baby blue, soft yellow, and thoughtful details made this September wedding in Marbella a celebration full of personality, warmth, and charm.

There is something special about a September wedding on the Costa del Sol. The summer light softens, the evenings become a little more golden, and Marbella’s mountains offers the perfect backdrop for a celebration that feels both effortless and intentional.

This September, we had the pleasure of bringing a beautiful wedding to life at Casa de la Era in Marbella — a celebration built around a fresh, joyful colour palette of baby blue, soft yellow, and crisp white.

The vision was delicate without feeling overly traditional, playful without losing its elegance, and, above all, personal. Every design choice was made to create a celebration that felt like the couple, with thoughtful details that guests could discover throughout the day.

The little details that made it personal

For us, the most memorable weddings are never just about how everything looks. They are about how everything feels — and the small details that make guests feel genuinely part of the story.

One of our favourite touches was the personalised letter created for every guest. More than just a decorative element, each letter added a thoughtful, intimate layer to the experience, giving guests something meaningful to discover and making the celebration feel even more personal.

These are the kinds of details we love incorporating into wedding design: elements that are beautiful to look at but also have a purpose. They invite guests to slow down, connect, and feel that a little extra thought has gone into their place in the celebration.

Because the most beautiful design isn't always the most elaborate. Sometimes, it's the detail that makes someone smile.

Another detail we loved was the mirror menu cards, adding a subtle touch of elegance and a beautiful reflective element to the table styling. Blending practicality with design, they became part of the overall tablescape while complementing the colour palette.. It was one of those thoughtful touches that made the tables feel just a little more special.

A bridal look to remember

And then, of course, there was the bridal look. The bride's dress and veil were truly something special, bringing an extra layer of romance and personality to the day. There was something so beautiful about the way they came together, creating a look that felt both timeless and distinctive.

We always love when a bride chooses something that feels completely her own — a look that goes beyond trends and becomes part of the story of the day. And this one was certainly unforgettable. From the dress to the veil, every detail felt considered, effortlessly beautiful, and full of character.

A reminder that sometimes, the most memorable design moment doesn't come from the tablescape or the flowers, but from the person who brings the whole celebration to life.

Design-led weddings, made personal

At Bossa Weddings & Events, design-led and personalised planning is at the heart of everything we do. We believe a wedding should be more than a beautiful setting or a carefully styled table — it should be a reflection of the people celebrating, their story, and the feeling they want to share with everyone around them.

For us, the magic lies in bringing thoughtful design and meaningful details together. It's about looking beyond trends, getting to know each couple, and creating something that feels entirely their own. From unexpected colour combinations and distinctive bridal looks to personalised stationery and little details guests will remember, every choice has the potential to make a celebration feel truly special.

We approach every wedding as a creative collaboration, where aesthetics and experience go hand in hand. Because beautiful design should never feel like decoration for decoration's sake. It should have a purpose, evoke a feeling, and bring the whole celebration together in a way that feels effortless yet intentional.

Ultimately, we want our couples to look back on their wedding and recognise themselves in every corner of it.

Thoughtfully designed. Deeply personal. Always a story worth travelling for.
